Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy establishes the conditions for requesting refunds for tokens purchased on TUPI.ro, in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.
2. Digital Products
Tokens are digital products that are delivered and consumed instantly. According to article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for digital content that begins execution with their prior consent.
IMPORTANT: By purchasing tokens and starting to use them, you expressly accept the immediate execution of the service and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
3. Refund Policy
We consider refund requests in the following cases:
- Technical error in the platform that prevents using purchased tokens
- Double charge or unauthorized charge
- Tokens not credited to account after successful payment
- Service non-compliance on our part
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We DO NOT accept refunds in these cases:
- Tokens already consumed or used to generate premium QR codes
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of knowledge of included functionalities
- Dissatisfaction with features clearly described on the site
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without the need for justification.
However, this right is lost if you start using the tokens before the end of the 14-day period, as established in Article 16.m) of the Directive.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your registration email and transaction number
- Explain the reason for the request
- Attach screenshots if applicable
7. Processing Time
Refunds are processed according to these deadlines:
- Request review: 2-3 business days
- Approval (if applicable): 1-2 business days
- Refund to original payment method: 5-10 business days
8. Refund Method
Refunds are made to the same payment method used in the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Cash refunds are not made.
9. Exceptions and Special Cases
We reserve the right to evaluate each request individually. In exceptional cases of force majeure or prolonged technical problems, we may offer partial refunds or additional token credit.
